CNC Programmer

Position SummaryWe are seeking a CNC Programmer with experience in Mastercam, Siemens NX, or similar CAD/CAM software to support machining operations and process development within a precision manufacturing environment.This individual will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, supporting tooling and setup activities, improving machining processes, and collaborating with production teams to ensure quality and efficiency goals are met.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for various machining centersSupport machining operations for precision-manufactured componentsInterpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirementsRecommend tooling, machining strategies, and process improvementsImprove cycle times, productivity, and overall manufacturing efficiencyTroubleshoot machining and programming issues on the shop floorSupport continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiativesMaintain program documentation and setup recordsWork closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to support production objectivesQualificationsRequired1–3 years of CNC programming experience using CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Siemens NX, or similar platformsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&TUnderstanding of CNC machining processes and G-code programmingStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a manufacturing environmentPreferredExperience programming multi-axis CNC equipmentExposure to mill-turn machining operationsFamiliarity with tooling optimization and process improvement initiativesExperience in precision manufacturing, machining, metalworking, or related industriesWhy Consider This Opportunity?Work with advanced manufacturing equipment and technologiesOpportunity to make a direct impact on process improvements and efficiencyCollaborative team environmentLong-term career growth potential with a stable manufacturing organizationCompetitive compensation and benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
