General Purpose To provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities of Certified Nursing Assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the RN, Director of Nursing Services, and Administration, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.
