Onsite Bilingual Care Coordination Specialist
SOLIS Health Plans
Solis Health Plans is looking for a Case Management Care Coordinator based in Doral, FL. In this role, you will help members manage their health, liaise with healthcare providers, and ensure care components are addressed. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have a high school diploma, and at least two years of healthcare-related customer service experience.
