Pacific International has been retained by a Fortune 500 industrial manufacturing organization to appoint a Plant Manager for one of their most critical, high-profile and growing sites. This facility is a large-scale operation (500+ employees) and plays a pivotal role in the organization’s overall performance and growth strategy. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of plant operations, with a focus on: Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement Supporting capacity expansion and site growth Enhancing safety, quality, and delivery performance Developing leadership capability and bench strength across the site Partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives Key Responsibilities Lead a large, complex manufacturing facility (500+ headcount) and deliver world‑class performance across safety, quality, cost, and service Champion lean manufacturing and operational excellence programs Build and sustain a high‑performance, engaged culture Lead change and transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption at all levels Collaborate cross‑functionally with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams Drive long‑term site strategy, including growth and adjacent operational opportunities The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on, and strategic leader who brings: A track record of transforming and scaling plant performance Strong background in continuous improvement / Lean / Six / Sigma Exceptional people leadership and culture‑building capabilities Experience managing complex, fast‑paced industrial environments The ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution Why This Role?
