What You’ll Do Guide customers through the finance and protection product process with professionalism and integrity. Present financing, leasing, warranty, and protection options that genuinely benefit our customers. Work closely with our sales team to create a seamless purchase experience from start to finish. Maintain lender relationships and secure competitive financing options. Ensure all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently. Consistently achieve performance goals while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience (Honda experience is a plus but not required). Strong understanding of automotive lending, compliance, and F&I products. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A team-first mindset with a positive attitude. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.
