Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Deliver immediate, expert nursing support while handling a variety of urgent medical situations.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on severity.

  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Respond swiftly to emergencies, utilizing advanced life support protocols.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license and current state licensure required.
  
  
• 
  Must have recent emergency department experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
  
  
• 
  BLS and TNCC certification required before submission.
  
  
• 
  Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency.
  
  
• 
  Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

  Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
