Responsibilities:  

• Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans and curriculum
• Provide individualized instruction to meet diverse student learning needs and styles
• Assess and monitor student progress through evaluations, feedback, and reporting
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop best practices and instructional strategies
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic documentation

Requirements:

• Valid Teacher Certification (or credentials to become certified under EEC). If not certified, payrate will differentiate from posted range
• Prior classroom or tutoring experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction for varied learning levels and styles
• Patient, enthusiastic, and student-centered approach to teaching
• Ability to pass a background check as required
