The role requires full P&L responsibility and manages resources across human resources, quality control, sales, billing, inventory, logistics, scheduling and collections. The Branch Manager will lead teams with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction while driving business results. Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop branch staff, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration. Maintain full P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability through cost control and revenue growth. Manage operating processes including compliance, finance, credit & collections, HR, health & safety, procurement and sales & marketing. Achieve operational goals and metrics, delivering results with low cost and high efficiency. Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to team members. Execute any other duties as assigned to support branch success. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience in construction, installation or trade settings. Full P&L experience. Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle. Fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Physical & Travel Requirements Safety‑Sensitive Position.
