Apartment Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are looking for experienced maintenance technicians to work at two properties in New Orleans that are within 5 miles of each other.The pay ranges from $16.00/hour to $19.00/hour, depending on certification(s) and experience. For example, someone with property maintenance experience and a current HVAC certification would qualify for the rate of $19.00/hour.Primary Responsibilities:Repairs/replaces light bulbs, globes, or fixturesGroundskeeping and keeping building cleanPaintingReplacing ceiling fans and changing light bulbsMinor plumbing repairsHVAC repairs (if HVAC certified)Requirements:Own transportation is required since this position requires that you travel between two properties that are within 5 miles of each otherSchedule:Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - working at a property located near the Lower Garden DistrictTuesday and Thursday - working at a property located near Mid-CityExpress Employment Professionals is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
