This opportunity is best suited for a proactive, detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee general ledger activities for multiple investment fund entities Reconcile daily cash activity and monitor bank transactions across several accounts Support loan compliance and ensure accurate tracking of fund-level lines of credit Manage the quarterly close process, including preparation of journal entries and financial packages Produce quarterly and annual financial statements, investor capital statements, distribution notices Maintain and update investor reporting systems and handle investor-level data requests Calculate management fees, preferred returns, and carried interest waterfalls Participate in systems and process improvement initiatives, ad-hoc financial analysis, and cross-functional projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, Master's degree highly preferable 4+ years of relevant experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience working with large ERP systems This is a full-time, permanent and salaried position offering a competitive compensation package, including Base Salary, Discretionary Bonus, Medical & Dental Benefits, 401K, Hybrid work flexibility, and more.
