This is a full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM role. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $109,200.00 – $117,000.00 Choice of PPO or HSA medical plans with free telehealth. Paid time off. Mental health support: up to five free counseling sessions via Employee Assistance program. 401(k) with company match. Fleet vehicle program (restrictions apply) and mileage reimbursement. *Benefit eligibility can vary by position and shift status. Participation requires enrollment in an Amedisys medical plan. Responsibilities Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function. Provide interventions, conduct re‑examinations (minimum every 30 days), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current license to practice physical therapy in the state where you will be assigned. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care, or teacher acceptance of mentorship/residency if less than one year. Current CPR certification.
