Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication and growth in school settings near Greenville, SC. Three Speech-Language Pathologists are sought for full-time roles in a collaborative educational environment from August 11, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with some pre/post planning days likely. Assignments are as follows:

• Assignment #1: Washington Center – Work at a self-contained school serving students ages 3-21 with significant needs. Experience with AAC devices and a passion for assisting medically fragile and profoundly impaired students is essential. You’ll join an existing, supportive SLP colleague at this modern facility.
• Assignment #2: Split between Chandler Creek Elementary and Crestview Elementary in Greer, SC – Both schools host dedicated SLP teams, and you’ll play a vital role supporting elementary caseloads.
• Assignment #3: Welcome Elementary (3 days/week), Greenville’s virtual academy, and one additional location TBD – Serve diverse student needs with support from onsite SLPs and district resources.

Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina SLP License and SC Educator Certification required
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• School-based SLP experience strongly favored
• Solid understanding of AAC devices, especially for Washington Center
• Compassion and commitment to student and family engagement
• Recent SLP-CFs may be considered; currently, no supervision structure for SLPAs

What you’ll do:

• Deliver speech/language therapy services per IEPs in varied school settings
• Support students with a wide spectrum of needs, from medically fragile to elementary-aged learners
• Collaborate with fellow SLPs, teachers, and staff for holistic student support
• Use data to track progress and adapt interventions
