Mobile Tester

Akkodis is seeking Jr.Mobile Tester in Alameda CA 94502 . Ideally, looking for someone with experience in 1-2 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Rate Range: $38/hour to $39/hour on w2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Investigate software-related customer complaints for mobile and web applications. Reproduce reported issues through testing and troubleshooting and document findings accurately and timely. Analyze trends, identify recurring issues, and elevate potential risks as needed. Partner with Quality, Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders to support issue resolution and process improvements. Support development of investigation methods, test strategies, and complaint readiness activities for new product launches and updates. Ensure compliance with procedures, quality requirements, and audit readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or a related field. This can also have been obtained via a previous internship. Hands-on experience testing native mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms, as well as web applications. Preferred experience writing and executing test cases but open to candidates without test experience. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently, manage multiple and changing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
