Project Manager - Service Now HR

DescriptionKforce has a client in Tarrytown, NY that is in need of a Project Manager Service Now HR.Responsibilities:* Lead medium to large IT projects, including ServiceNow implementations, from initiation through successful delivery* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, milestones, and deliverables* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, establish goals, and manage project expectations* Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives while driving tasks through completion* Identify and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and recommended resolutions* Prepare and present clear project status updates to stakeholders, leadership, and PMO teams* Coordinate cross-functional project teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely execution and accountability* Support business case development, project estimates, resource planning, and financial forecasting* Review project financials, forecasts, risks, issues, and change activity for accuracy and alignment* Ensure technical implementations are delivered with appropriate documentation, project artifacts, and quality controls* Facilitate project closeout activities and lessons learned to identify opportunities for continuous improvement* Provide project management guidance and quality oversight across assigned initiativesRequirements* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience* Extensive IT project management experience, preferably supporting large-scale ServiceNow implementations* Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies, including planning, estimating, scheduling, risk management, change management, and resource management* Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full technology or product lifecycle* Strong experience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders in a matrixed environment* Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and external project resources* Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements* Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies* Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint* Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience communicating with senior-level stakeholders* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in fast-paced, evolving environments* Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills* Ability to influence cross-functional teams, facilitate decision-making, and promote process improvementJob TypeContractCompensation65 - $70
