Onsite SupervisorSchedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pay Rate: $23.00 – $26.00/hr. DOE Language: Bilingual English/Spanish RequiredPosition SummaryThe Onsite Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of temporary employees at a client location. This position serves as the primary point of contact between the staffing company, client hiring managers, supervisors, and temporary employees. The Onsite Supervisor will help identify staffing needs, support recruiting and onboarding activities, monitor employee performance and attendance, ensure safety and training requirements are met, and provide excellent customer service to both the client and employees.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary onsite contact for the client, supervisors, hiring managers, and temporary employeesSubmit qualified candidates to the client's hiring authoritiesRecruit, interview, and assist with placing qualified candidatesCoordinate staffing needs and provide emergency staffing support when requiredConduct workplace walkthroughs, safety audits, and inspectionsFollow up with supervisors to ensure staffing needs are consistently metOrganize, maintain, and file employee and staffing documentationAttend company and client meetings as requestedEnsure employees have the required PPE, safety training, and departmental trainingPick up and distribute payroll checks to employeesUpdate payroll sheets and employee recordsEnter and maintain accurate new associate information in the company systemReview employee worked hours and payroll records for accuracyResolve missing or incorrect time records to prevent payroll and invoicing issuesPrepare and submit payroll and attendance reportsMonitor employee attendance and staffing levelsAssist with employee replacements, assignment changes, or terminations as neededInvestigate workplace incidents and complete injury reports when work-related accidents occurMaintain positive relationships with employees, supervisors, and client representativesAddress employee concerns and help resolve workplace issues professionallyPerform additional staffing, administrative, and onsite duties as assignedJob RequirementsBilingual English/Spanish requiredPrevious experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, supervision, or customer service preferredExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentComputer proficient with the ability to maintain payroll and employee recordsExperience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferredStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and clientsAbility to work independently and take initiativeProfessional, dependable, and customer-focused attitudeIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a bilingual, highly organized, and customer-service-oriented professional who can effectively manage employee needs while maintaining a strong relationship with the client.
