Case Worker 1: Family-Focused Care Navigator

The University of Miami's UHealth Department of Pediatrics is seeking a full-time Case Worker 1 in Miami, FL. You will assist patients and families to coordinate care, enroll in insurance and social services, and support treatment plans with a focus on reducing barriers to access. You will educate on available community resources, facilitate communication with providers, and work within HIPAA guidelines to protect confidentiality.
