Director - New Products & Business Development (NPBD) Analytics, Solid Tumor

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Analytics for New Products & Business Development in Solid Tumor oncology. This leadership role oversees forecast modeling, market research, and secondary data analysis to support investment decisions for the solid tumor pipeline at locations in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and management of patient and prescription-based forecast models across indications and therapy lines
- Conduct secondary data mining and analysis across multiple sources to generate market and customer insights
- Direct primary market research studies spanning healthcare providers, patients, and payers
- Partner with commercial functions to gather customer insights supporting internal and external assessments
- Drive strategic priorities within NPBD team including data science initiatives and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years in marketing, finance, business analytics, strategic planning, or management consulting
- Demonstrated expertise building forecast models with sound market logic
- Strong analytical skills with coaching and training capability
- Experience with secondary data analysis and market research synthesis
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and presenting to senior leadership
