Position Highlights: Established Team Model: Join a dedicated Infectious Disease service comprised of two full-time Infectious Disease physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider, offering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. System-Wide Impact: Provide telemedicine Infectious Disease consults across hospitals, expanding your clinical reach while maintaining balance. Advanced Technology: Work within a fully integrated Epic electronic medical record, ensuring seamless documentation, communication, and continuity of care. Patient Safety Focus: Utilize a hospital-wide electronic nosocomial infection surveillance system to proactively enhance patient safety and outcomes. Integrated Care Model: Play a key role in an established Antimicrobial Stewardship Program, partnering closely with the Infectious Disease team and hospital leadership to promote best practices. Qualifications: MD/DO from an accredited medical school Accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program completion Accredited Infectious Disease Fellowship Program completion Open to recent fellowship-trained physicians American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials DEA certification What Can We Do for You?
