The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer and Customer Service Specialist to join our local print shop. If you enjoy helping customers bring their visions and ideas to life, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Create and design a variety of marketing materials for both print and digital collateral including business cards, banners, brochures, signage, apparel, etc.
• Work directly with customers to understand their printing and design needs.
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure quality standards are met.
• Properly name and file all design files for seamless integration in our system.
• Utilize design software to make revisions (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
• Maintain Ideal Printing’s social media accounts with fun creative
• Greet customers, answer phones and email inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain an organized workspace and assist with general shop operations as needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Basic computer/data entry skills and basic arithmetic (read a ruler).
• Experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Use color vision to identify and distinguish color discrepancies and shifts in movement.
