Your Impact Leads strategic and operational programs that advance renewals performance, drive recurring revenue growth, and improve customer retention across Splunk and Cisco. Translates business strategy into actionable program roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams around shared priorities, measurable outcomes, and scalable execution. Leverages data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to improve forecasting, identify renewal risks and opportunities, optimize processes, and inform strategic decision-making. Establishes program governance, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks to drive visibility, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks across complex initiatives. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline renewals operations, enable process integration, and deliver continuous improvements that enhance business performance and customer outcomes. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of related experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in software renewals, SaaS subscription management, customer retention, or recurring revenue business models. Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs across Sales, Renewals, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, and Product teams. Experience developing and optimizing renewals processes, improving renewal rates, reducing churn, and driving recurring revenue growth. Analytical skills with experience using data, dashboards, and forecasting models to monitor program performance, identify risks, and inform strategic decisions. Experience defining and tracking KPIs, including renewal rates, gross and net revenue retention (GRR/NRR), forecast accuracy, and operational efficiency. Ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable program roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and scalable operating models. Experience with CRM, sales operations, and renewals tools, such as Salesforce, Clari, or similar platforms. PMP, CPMAI and Lean Six Sigma certifications. Why Cisco? Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. Employees On Sales Plans Earn Performance-based Incentive Pay On Top Of Their Base Salary, Which Is Split Between Quota And Non-quota Components, Subject To The Applicable Cisco Plan. For Quota-based Incentive Pay, Cisco Typically Pays As Follows .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. New York City Metro Area $148,500.00 - $234,600.00 Non-Metro New York State & Washington State $135,400.00 - $215,200.00 For quota-based sales roles on Cisco’s sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined.
