The Salvation Army USA Central Territory
The Salvation Army USA Central Territory in Indiana seeks an Intake Specialist to assess clients for placement into treatment programs, complete required biopsychosocial and health risk forms, and develop initial treatment plans while coordinating with clinicians and external referral sources. You will maintain confidentiality, participate in weekly MDT meetings, and use DSM V criteria to support diagnoses, with occasional evening/weekend shifts as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Salvation Army USA Central Territory
