At Children’s Dental Center , we don’t just manage a schedule—we set the tone for our patients' entire experience. We’re looking for someone who can be the face and voice of our office, ensuring that every family walks out happier than when they walked in.

What You’ll Be Rocking Daily:

Be the First Impression: You are the face of our practice! You’ll welcome patients with high energy, warmth, and a genuine smile.
Keep the Flow Fabulous: You’ll keep our schedule full, flowing, and fabulous, ensuring every patient is taken care of promptly.
Master the Desk: From answering phones like a total pro to managing insurance, billing, and treatment plans, you’ll keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
Connect & Communicate: You’ll be the go-to person who helps parents navigate their care, answers questions with confidence, and ensures no detail ever "falls through the cracks."
Team Spirit: We believe in a team-based approach where no task is below us. You’ll pitch in wherever needed to keep our office culture positive, supportive, and fun (yes, we actually enjoy Mondays!).

Have Experience: You’ve got prior experience in a dental or medical office and understand how to navigate insurance processes and software like a boss.
