AXG is partnered with a Private Equity backed Midstream Owner/Operator seeking an HR Records Coordinator to support HR operations by organizing and maintaining electronic employee files. This role focuses on accurate document filing, confidential information handling, and reducing filing backlogs within the HR Virtual File Room (VFR).

The ideal candidate has experience in HR, records management, or administrative support and can process large volumes of documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, index, categorize, and file employee documents in the HR Virtual File Room.
• Check documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to HR recordkeeping standards.
• Identify, track, and communicate missing information, duplicate records, filing discrepancies, and other documentation issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect the accuracy and integrity of employee records.
• Help reduce filing backlogs and improve records management efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, records management, administrative support, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and electronic document management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to accurately process large volumes of documents.
• Experience handling confidential information and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP or Oracle is a plus.
