Virginia Linen Service is seeking a dependable, motivated, and professional Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal operations. This is a full or part-time inside customer service opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and providing excellent service.

The ideal candidate will have strong telephone and computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide professional and responsive customer service by phone and assist customers with questions, requests, and accounting needs.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain customer and account information.
• Basic Accounting: Perform basic accounting functions and assist with financial data entry.
• Accounts Receivable: Support accounts receivable activities and maintain accurate customer account information.
• Telephone Support: Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed.
• Accuracy & Organization: Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing information and completing assigned tasks.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Previous customer service, office, accounting, or administrative experience preferred.
• Professionalism: Highly professional, dependable, and motivated.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Telephone Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• 10-Key: Ability to use a 10-key calculator by touch preferred.
• Work Ethic: Dependable, organized, career-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
