Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Kings Mountain, NC. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, handling a combination of PCU and MedSurg patients with diverse diagnoses such as strokes, pneumonia, and other complex conditions.

Key responsibilities of the RN – PCU include:

• Provide essential nursing functions including teamwork and communication
• Manage tracheostomies, cardiac drips, and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Perform chest tube management and administer blood products
• Conduct wound care and dressing changes
• Handle management of central lines

Requirements of the RN – PCU include:

• Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 18 months of PCU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR, Alaris IV Pumps, and Phillips Telemetry Monitors
