Autobell is seeking a leader who has a track record of success in managing projects and developing teams. This person will lead the strategy in IT and propel us forward in an industry ready for innovation. It’s a top-level management role, and they will report to the President/COO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate: A track record of successfully managing projects and motivating both your team and cross-functional teams with a sense of direction, determining workload and ensuring milestones are met A knack for analyzing all aspects of a situation objectively to gain insight for making decisions The ability to deliver projects on time and on budget by proactively engaging the buy-in of others Strong critical thinking and strategic thinking to contribute to the long-term objectives Effectiveness when establishing processes for implementing systems or procedures Passion about innovation and turning visions into reality Specific Duties include: Collaborating with the leadership team to prioritize projects and integrate systems and providing a regular cadence of status updates Developing and mentoring the IT team Managing compliance, rollout plans and vendors Overseeing system support, credit card interface, and company databases all within department budget Acting as subject matter expert for technology and point-of-sale programs Managing long-term projects and expansion through people, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery What makes this opportunity special: A chance to shape a new point-of-sale technology product and disrupt a traditional industry with innovative solutions A belief in the continued development of our team and providing access to outside leadership development programs at all levels Our value for community and giving back We are based in midtown Charlotte and offer onsite parking Requirements: Bachelor's in a technology field At least 10 years’ experience managing teams Retail industry experience understanding data flow and customer systems #J-18808-Ljbffr AUTOBELL Car Wash
