Construction Sr. Project Manager (Heavy Civil)

Sr. Project Manager – Up to $170k + Vehicle Allowance – Lead Builds for Biotech and Pharma Clients Hosted by: Julian Okoro Salary: $155,000 – $170,000 per hour. Vehicle allowance included. Benefits Discretionary merit bonus Vehicle allowance 401(k) match Competitive pay in a high-demand sector (hi‑tech, biotech, pharma) Responsibilities Manage overall project direction, completion, and financial outcomes for industrial and mechanical construction projects Administer relationships with owners and subcontractors Interface directly with clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors on project development, costs, and schedules Lead, evaluate, and mentor field personnel and field supervisors Build project proposal packages backed by detailed self-generated estimates Requirements 10 to 15+ years of project experience in industrial, mechanical, or heavy civil construction, including managing teams of PMs, project engineers, and supervisors Background in industrial construction specifically, not commercial or residential Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered) Experience managing projects of $5M or more is a plus Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or Viewpoint is a plus Equal Employment Opportunity Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
