Position Overview As our Dental Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming experience while ensuring the front office runs efficiently. This role combines patient service, appointment scheduling, and administrative support in a fast-paced dental practice. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion Manage patient check-in and check-out processes Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Provide accurate information regarding appointments and office procedures Deliver an exceptional patient experience from arrival through departure Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Process administrative paperwork and support daily office operations Assist with insurance verification and patient paperwork as needed Ensure the front office remains organized and efficient Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff Assist with office workflow and daily operational needs Travel between nearby office locations when needed Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist, Dental Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Dental Office Administrator preferred Previous experience in a dental office strongly preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Schedule Part-Time (1520 hours per week) Evening availability required Saturday availability preferred (9:00 AM1:00 PM) Schedule may vary based on office needs Why Join Just Pull It Dental?
