We are seeking a passionate candidate with expertise in engaging and supporting users to achieve their health goals, who is interested in taking on an impactful role at a young and quickly growing startup in the healthcare industry.Responsibilities:You will provide remote monitoring services to help support patients as they progress through their home-exercise therapy programDirect and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through our technology platformProvide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside of the clinicMaintains necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoringAssist with improving processes and functionality of the platformOrganize and manage a caseload while staying efficientRequirements:As a PTA, you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do!2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plusGraduated from an accredited physical therapy programActive PTA license in MassachusettsTech Savvy - thrive in a multi-platform environment, comfortably switching between systems (EHR, messaging, scheduling) without missing a beatExperience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plusExcellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisionsStrong relationship-building and listening skillsDemonstrated patient focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experienceAbility to multi-task and manage various types of usersAbility to work independently with limited supervisionThe flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplaceIndependent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approachEager to make an impact at a young company addressing an important problemPassion for health and wellnessNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
