Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical-Telemetry Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 5:1 patient ratio in a 10-bed rapid admission unit with faster patient turnover than traditional medical-surgical units

Highlights:

• Rapid admission unit serving general medical and pre-surgical patients
• Higher patient turnover requiring strong time management and adaptability
• Independent practice environment with expectation of clear communication skills
• 10-bed unit with diverse case mix including medical admissions and surgical prep patients
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical specialty experience required

Requirements:

• Active RN license with verification through Nursys
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Complete work history with employment gaps no greater than 60 days
• Completed skills checklist and professional references
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
