Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description Join our warehouse team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products. In this position, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed. Accurately track inventory and update warehouse systems. Organize and maintain warehouse stock in designated locations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Essential Skills At least 6 months of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with RF scanners, inventory management systems, or warehouse software. Forklift certification or previous forklift experience is a plus. Experience with shipping, receiving, order picking, and packing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
