Manager, Revenue Operations – Salesforce Reporting Brentwood, TN, USA Atlanta, GA, USA Job Description Posted Friday, May 15, 2026 at 5:00 AM What We Need CORPAY is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Manager, Revenue Operations – Salesforce Reporting to own and scale our Salesforce reporting ecosystem. This role will be responsible for delivering accurate, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce data structures and reporting, ensuring that our CRM data model supports scalable, reliable, and business-critical reporting. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in a home office set up Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Owning the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards Translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions that drive decision-making Maintaining a deep understanding of Salesforce object relationships and data dependencies Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and governance across Salesforce Partnering with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to define and standardize key metrics (pipeline, forecast, ARR, etc.) Identifying gaps in data structure and proactively recommend improvements to support reporting needs Managing and mentoring junior Salesforce analysts/admins (if applicable) Supporting cross-functional initiatives involving CRM data, integrations, and GTM systems Building documentation and enablement materials for reporting and dashboard usage Driving continuous improvement in reporting processes, automation, and scalability discrepancies.
