Responsibilities Guide the recovery journey by performing comprehensive bio‑psychosocial assessments that capture the full picture of a patient’s needs and strengths. Lead therapeutic interventions by conducting or co‑leading group therapy sessions, providing patients with the tools and community they need to heal. Shape personalized care strategies by collaborating with the interdisciplinary treatment team to design and refine goals that reflect the patient’s evolving status. Empower patient progress by implementing and adjusting nursing care plans in real‑time, ensuring every intervention is purposeful and responsive to the patient’s unique challenges. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
