Drivers primarily operate east of I-35 with consistent full-time freight and newer automatic equipment.Pay & Home TimePay of $1,700 to $1,900 per weekHome weeklyFull-time freightWeekly reset timing varies based on freight requirementsFreight & Running AreaDrivers haul 100% no-touch freight, with approximately 50–60% drop-and-hook and the remaining loads handled through live unloads.Routes operate primarily east of I-35. Broader lower-48 freight may occasionally be assigned based on customer demand, but drivers are never responsible for unloading freight.Truck & EquipmentDrivers operate late-model automatic equipment from a fleet averaging approximately 18 months or newer. Freightliner, Kenworth and Volvo tractors are assigned based on availability.Trucks include 1,200–1,500 watt inverters.
