We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Pediatrician who is bilingual in Spanish to join our small multispecialty practice. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, proficient care for patients ranging from newborns to adolescents up to 18 years old. Collaboration with other specialists occurs as needed, ensuring comprehensive care within a supportive team environment. Part-time position, Full-time is negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat pediatric patients across all age groups, including newborns, children, and adolescents
- Provide preventive care and conduct medical examinations
- Communicate effectively with parents and families to educate on health and wellness
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with multispecialty providers as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement follow-up care plans
- Deliver empathetic family counseling and support
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in pediatrics
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) with Board Certification in Pediatrics
- Fluent Spanish communication skills
- Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making abilities
- Experience with electronic health records and medical documentation
- Proficiency in family counseling and multispecialty coordination
- Excellent empathy and communication skills
