Now Hiring: Paint Packaging / General Labor
Minutemen Staffing is looking for dependable employees to join a manufacturing and packaging team that produces specialty paints and coatings used for floors, garages, basements, and other concrete surfaces.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Responsibilities:
- Package and prepare paint and coating products for shipment
- Fill, label, seal, and inspect containers
- Place finished products into boxes or on pallets
- Check products for correct labels and packaging
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions
- Assist with other general production and warehouse duties as needed
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- Steel-toe boots are required
- Must be able to stand and work throughout a 12-hour shift
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation are important
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is helpful, but not required
Employment Opportunity:
This is a contract-to-hire position with the opportunity to be considered for permanent employment after approximately 90 days , based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
