Pay: $20-$23/hr DOE

 

About the Job

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a financial services company based out of Olympia, WA to fill a Customer Service Representative position. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, problem solving, and providing excellent customer service in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making and receiving phone calls regarding current account and loan statuses with business clients
• Providing outstanding customer service through compassionate communication and professional phone etiquette
• Reviewing account history and analyzing client interactions
• Problem solving with clients to help identify repayment solutions
• Conducting research to better understand client accounts and situations
• Managing multiple priorities throughout the workday
• Maintaining accurate account notes and documentation

 

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• At least 1 year of recent office experience
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Professional and compassionate customer service approach
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Ability to pass a criminal background screen
