About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to play a pivotal role in expanding its reach and impact within the construction ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and closing partnerships with complementary platforms, including accounting and ERP systems, financial services, equipment and materials suppliers, and industry associations. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building and managing partner ecosystems, particularly within the B2B SaaS and ConTech domains. The VP will be tasked with not only signing partnership agreements but also ensuring their long-term success and contribution to the company's growth. A builder's mindset, strong financial and analytical skills, and excellent executive presence are essential for this position. Applicants for the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic partnerships, with at least 5 years specifically in B2B SaaS partnerships within the ConTech industry. The role requires a candidate with a strong network and connections in the domain, as well as a demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close partnership agreements. Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is crucial, and a background in vertical software or the construction industry is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and defending financial models, possess a builder's mindset, and be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from the board to enterprise-level customers.
