As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated, service-minded individuals who want to build a meaningful, long-term career as a Pest Control Technician .

This is a field-based position operating out of our North Phoenix office, where you’ll spend your days on the road in a company-provided vehicle—no desk, no micromanagement, just the freedom to do great work.

No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and cover state licensing , so you can step into a career with confidence and grow with us.

What You’ll Do: Provide residential and commercial pest control services; inspect properties and identify pest concerns; apply treatments safely and in compliance with state regulations; educate customers on prevention and solutions; deliver top-tier customer service and build lasting relationships; maintain service records and stay connected with our team.

What You Bring: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be at least 21 years old; strong work ethic and reliability; positive, customer-focused attitude; ability to work independently and manage your own route; willingness to learn, grow, and take pride in your work.
