Physical Therapist (CA, AZ, NM, WA) We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high‑quality clinical services. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Responsibilities Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary. Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity. Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care. Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations. Skills: Strong clinical problem‑solving, communication, and time‑management abilities. Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active throughout the shift. Qualifications Education: Graduation from a CAPTE‑accredited physical therapy program. Licensure: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
