Job Details Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse assignment Setting: Home Health Nursing Location: Columbia, SC 29210 Coverage Area: Richland County Duration: 14 weeks Start Date: September 21, 2026 Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed Schedule: Weekday office hours with autonomy to schedule patient visits Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230 Mileage: Reimbursed between visits, with initial visit mileage handled per agency policy Registered Nurse Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Current CPR certification OASIS experience required At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred in home health or a related setting Associate degree required HCHB experience preferred Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Comfort with wound assessment and guiding wound care plans Home Health RN Responsibilities Complete admissions to home health services Provide case management support for assigned patients Oversee and guide LPN staff as part of the care team Perform skilled nursing visits across the designated coverage area Complete accurate OASIS documentation and maintain timely charting Assess wounds and support wound care planning as needed Coordinate care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Manage visits efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient-centered care Why Join This Home Health Nursing Assignment?
