Working alongside laboratory leadership, pathologists, physicians, and vendor partners, you'll help create a culture centered on innovation, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Performing highly complex flow cytometry testing while providing technical leadership, regulatory oversight, quality assurance, and staff developmentEstablishing and maintaining a compliant, efficient, and patient-focused laboratory that meets the highest standards of quality and excellenceServing as the supervisor designee in the absence of the Section SupervisorRequirementsEducation and Work Experience:At least four (4) years of prior experience in performing high-complexity flow cytometry testing as a licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist.A B.S. and successful completion of an accredited MT/MLS program.A B.S or A.A. in Chemistry, Biology, or other laboratory based Science including a Laboratory training program or accredited by the ABHES, NAACLS or HHS sanctioned reviewer, ASCP accreditation or equivalent.A B.S. or A.A. in Chemistry, Biology, or other laboratory based Science degree that includes 60 semester hours of medical lab technology courses or other sciences as specified by CLIA.Certification Requirements:ASCP Certification Required; Specialty Certification preferredMust meet M.T. Tier requirements for MT/MLS III and successfully complete the application process.Min USD $37.75/Hr.Max USD $67.95/Hr.Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
