Weekend Supervisor Job ID: 149392 Job Location: In-Person, $25/Hour, 1st Shift, Wednesday-Sunday Your day-to-day as a Weekend Supervisor: Supervise and support weekend warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations. Oversee inbound and outbound freight activities, including staging, loading, and unloading. Enforce safety protocols and conduct routine equipment inspections. Review and approve timesheets, ensuring accurate payroll and attendance records. Communicate daily priorities and operational updates to management. Maintain warehouse organization and coordinate with weekday management for seamless operations. Your skills and experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Strong leadership and team management abilities in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and material handling. Basic computer proficiency for timekeeping and reporting. Ability to train staff and address performance issues effectively.
