Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, cross-functional, and storytelling-driven Marketing Associate to join our centralized Sales & Marketing division under a permanent, full-time remote configuration based out of Mumbai, India. In this high-growth execution seat, you will step directly into an active campaign development, competitor intelligence tracking, and brand positioning laboratory—working alongside senior market strategists, product leaders, and hardware engineering squads. Shifting completely away from non-regulated mechanical assembly tasks, standalone software source code compilation, or basic back-office data entry transcription, you will claim hands-on execution accountability across multi-channel content pipelines. This position requires an aspiring digital marketer who coordinates multi-format campaigns fluidly natively using SEO and growth frameworks, conducts granular competitive analysis, structures digital content calendars systematically within Google Workspace suites, drafts high-impact copy templates, and manages lead-generation and outreach telemetry confidently to accelerate Maxwell brand presence within the clean-tech market.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Campaign Optimization: Coordinate, track, and deploy targeted digital marketing, email marketing blasts, and social media campaigns natively utilizing SEO and performance frameworks.
• Competitor & Trend Research: Investigate global green-tech developments, alternative energy innovations, and competitor positioning parameters to extract actionable market insights.
• Collaborative Content Engineering: Partner cross-functionally across internal design networks, technical copywriters, and product leads to build, format, and publish engaging blog posts, technical case studies, and corporate presentations.
• Content Calendar Governance: Own and systematically maintain a structured, rolling corporate content calendar to secure consistent brand deployment across social grids.
• On-Page SEO Optimization: Monitor on-page keyword data, execute basic meta-tag updates, and optimize website layout paths to improve organic search visibility.
• Lead Generation & List Instrumentation: Formulate clean B2B email contact databases, organize subscriber segment rules, and track campaign outreach metrics.
• PR & Event Logistics Support: Provide operational and promotional backing for physical or digital public relations programs, corporate green energy events, and media relations.
• Performance Telemetry Analytics: Compile data metrics to generate clean, high-impact marketing performance reports tracking user click-through rates and acquisition indices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Possess a recently completed formal degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative operational tracking field.
• Strong Technological Literacy: Proven baseline comfort manipulating cloud-native office suites, including Google Sheets, Docs , and digital content tracking boards.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication strengths in English, with an established capability to translate abstract technical engineering concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
• Exceptional organizational habits, high attention to detail, and a proactive dedication to learning new clean-tech industry specifications daily.
