Growth Marketing Associate

To support a dynamic digital entertainment and sports/gaming client, the remote contract Growth Marketing Associate will execute and optimize paid social marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional workflows, and analyze performance data to drive user acquisition and retention. Key responsibilities: Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid social platforms to achieve user acquisition and retention goals Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to manage creative workflows and ensure timely delivery of assets Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance and maximize return on ad spend Required qualifications: 1-3 years of hands-on media buying experience in paid social channels, preferably in B2C performance marketing Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager, with additional exposure to Reddit and Twitter/X being a plus Experience managing significant daily/monthly ad spend with accountability for performance metrics Practical knowledge of setting up in-platform A/B tests and managing various ad formats Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
