Private Events Server + Bartenders

The Private Events Server is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality during private events, wine dinners, corporate functions, and member experiences. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide seamless service while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and guest care.

Private Events Servers are expected to represent the company with professionalism at all times while helping create memorable guest experiences.

• Set up event spaces according to event diagrams and service standards.
• Prepare tables, place settings, glassware, linens, and service stations.
• Review event details prior to each shift and understand the flow of service.
• Greet guests professionally and provide attentive, knowledgeable service throughout the event.
• Serve food, wine, cocktails, and other beverages according to company standards and applicable laws.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, wine selections, and event timelines.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively anticipate requests.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized event space.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, event management, and fellow service staff.
• Assist with wine service when requested and follow proper wine presentation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of all service areas before, during, and after each event.
• Complete event breakdown, cleaning, and storage according to company procedures.
• Assist with general event operations as needed.

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, catering, or private events experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
