What we’re looking for Proven success as a Server Assistant within fine dining, Michelin‑starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings. Fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attending to all members’ needs in a courteous and professional manner. To be fully conversant with the table lay‑up and mise‑en‑place prior to, during and after service. To actively assist the Servers in the food and beverage service. Thrives in high‑end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
