About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Product to spearhead the growth and development of its product organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization across a diverse SaaS portfolio. This role involves managing investment decisions, coaching and scaling product management and user research teams, and partnering with various departments to enhance product discovery, development, and delivery. The Head of Product will also be tasked with building a deep understanding of customer and market needs, driving business outcomes, and representing the product organization to a wide range of stakeholders. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of product management experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-product SaaS, experience in launching AI-native or AI-enhanced commercial products, and a proven track record of influencing commercial outcomes through product strategy and go-to-market activities. A background in vertical SaaS, healthcare, or a specialized industry is highly preferred. The role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to make strategic investment decisions, and a strong partnership with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, and design.
