At Wannamaker Management Corporation - a group of Law Firms, we're looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to help expand our reach, connect individuals and families with the legal representation they need, and drive sustainable growth across our legal brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in paid media, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just develop marketing strategies—they bring them to life, measure results, and continuously improve performance.

What You'll Do

Own Paid Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute targeted advertising strategies across multiple legal brands, markets, and audiences.
• Personally manage and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Search, and Google Local Services Ads.
• Explore and test emerging advertising opportunities, including TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Manage advertising budgets, optimize spending, and maximize return on investment.
• Collaborate with radio and television partners to evaluate opportunities, negotiate placements, and measure campaign effectiveness.

Turn Marketing Performance Into Business Growth

• Drive qualified leads that convert into consultations and signed clients.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Partner with creative teams to develop compelling, culturally relevant advertising for English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Improve landing pages, lead forms, call tracking, and campaign attribution.
• Use HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to connect marketing performance with business results.
• Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns to improve outcomes.

Collaborate, Innovate & Lead Growth

• Work closely with the Marketing Director, legal teams, and business leaders to align campaigns with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify conversion opportunities and improve lead quality.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and media partners while maintaining ownership of campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities to expand marketing capabilities and potentially help build a dedicated Growth team as the organization evolves.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish .
• Previous marketing or growth experience within a law firm or legal services organization .
• Experience developing marketing campaigns targeting U.S. Hispanic audiences .
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise managing Meta Ads and Google Search campaigns .
• Experience managing substantial paid advertising budgets and optimizing performance using data.
• Knowledge of Google Local Services Ads or the ability to quickly learn platform requirements.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, conversion tracking, and lead attribution.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently execute campaigns while collaborating across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience planning, negotiating, or evaluating radio and television advertising.
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or marketing teams.
• Experience developing growth strategies across multiple brands or geographic markets.
