Assistant Director Of NursingThe Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for education of nursing staff in the center. He/she directs, plans, and coordinates education of professional Nursing and auxiliary Nursing personnel. The Assistant Director of Nursing interprets center policies and regulations to all Nursing personnel and ensures compliance, as well as analyzes and evaluates Nursing and related services rendered to improve quality of customer care and to better utilize staff time and abilities.ADON ResponsibilitiesWe are looking to hire a highly motivated Assistant Director of Nursing with a staff development and education background.Will assist in hiring, retention, discipline, and performance evals of clinical staff.Must be able to meet deadlines for projects and for reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.This is a salaried position that must be able to work a flexible schedule.Nurse-On-Call on a rotational basis.ADON RequirementsValid RN nursing licenseAbility to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care softwareValid CPR & IV CertificationClinical Leadership experience requiredInfection Preventionist Cert from CDCADON BenefitsFlexible scheduleBenefits after 60 daysPaid time offHoliday PayContinuing educationAn engaging work environmentGrowth opportunities plus so much more!Medical SpecialtyGeriatricsPhysical Setting:Long term careADON ScheduleDay shiftTuesday through SaturdayWeekends and Holidays as needed
